1Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and pak rumi ("the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pak rumi platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use pak rumi. Continued use of the platform after any published changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms apply to all products on pak rumi, including sports betting, game lobby, fish games, bingo, and all VIP services.
2Eligibility
To use pak rumi, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. Pak rumi is an adults-only entertainment platform and strictly prohibits access by minors.
- You must be a resident of Pakistan and accessing the platform from Pakistan.
- You must be legally permitted to participate in online entertainment and gaming activities under the laws applicable to you personally.
- You must not be self-excluded from any gaming platform or under any form of self-imposed restriction that would prohibit gaming activity.
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as a professional player in an organised betting syndicate.
Pak rumi reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.
3Account Registration
To access the full range of pak rumi services, you must create an account by completing the registration process accurately and honestly. When registering, you agree to:
- Provide your real name, a valid Pakistani CNIC number, date of birth, and a working mobile number or email address.
- Supply accurate payment details that match your verified identity.
- Create only one account. Multiple accounts under the same identity, CNIC, device, IP address, or payment method are not permitted.
- Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and not share them with any other person.
- Notify pak rumi support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
Pak rumi conducts identity verification using CNIC documents. You will be required to upload a clear image of both sides of your CNIC before your first withdrawal can be processed. Verification is a one-time process. Providing false or forged identity documents is grounds for immediate permanent account closure.
Account names cannot be changed after verification is complete. Please ensure your registration details match your CNIC exactly.
4Deposits & Payments
Pak rumi supports PKR deposits through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. All transactions on pak rumi are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- Deposits must be made from accounts or payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
- Pak rumi does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges, over which pak rumi has no control.
- Deposits are credited to your pak rumi balance once confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times vary by method.
- Pak rumi reserves the right to request the source of funds for large deposits as part of security and verification procedures.
Never deposit through unofficial channels or third-party agents claiming to represent pak rumi. Use only the payment options listed in your account dashboard.
5Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to your verified payment method. To withdraw funds from pak rumi, your account must be fully verified and the withdrawal destination must match your registered identity.
- Withdrawals are processed to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank accounts, and other supported methods as listed in your account dashboard.
- The destination account or wallet must be registered in the same name as your pak rumi account CNIC.
- Standard withdrawal processing times range from a few hours to one business day, depending on the payment method and volume of requests at the time.
- VIP Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tier members receive priority withdrawal processing.
- Pak rumi reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large or unusual withdrawal amounts.
- Withdrawal requests that are still in a pending status may be cancelled by the player from the transaction history section. Once approved, withdrawals cannot be reversed.

6Bonuses & Promotions
Pak rumi offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:
- Bonuses are credited in PKR to your bonus balance, which is separate from your real money balance until wagering requirements are met.
- Each bonus carries a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be played through before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement is stated on each individual offer.
- Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time. You cannot claim a new bonus while a previous one is still in progress.
- Pak rumi reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed, and to amend the terms of ongoing promotions with reasonable notice.
- Bonuses are intended for recreational players. Evidence of systematic bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, will result in forfeiture of all bonus balances and may lead to account closure.

7Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on pak rumi — including slots, table games, fish games, bingo, and instant win titles — are operated according to established rules specific to each game type. These rules are accessible within each game interface.
- Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) processes. Pak rumi does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of the platform or any individual player.
- Players must not use any software, script, bot, or automated tool to interact with pak rumi games. This includes tools designed to automate betting decisions, predict outcomes, or exploit any aspect of the game interface.
- Collusion between players in multiplayer games or bingo rooms is prohibited. Players found coordinating play to gain an unfair advantage will have their accounts suspended.
- Any game result that occurs as a result of a technical malfunction, network disruption, or software error will be reviewed by pak rumi. The platform reserves the right to void bets or game rounds where an error has materially affected the outcome.
- If you experience a disconnection during a game round, your stake will be settled according to the outcome of the round as recorded on pak rumi's servers, not your local device.
8Sports Betting
The sports section of pak rumi covers cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 international fixtures, football, esports, and other sporting events. The following terms apply specifically to sports betting:
- Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at confirmation are the final odds for your bet.
- Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet and are displayed at the point of placement.
- Pak rumi reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of placement, or where there is evidence of match fixing or irregular betting activity.
- In-play (live) betting markets close automatically based on match events. Pak rumi is not responsible for bets that could not be placed due to a market suspension or closure during a live event.
- If a sporting event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets will typically stand. Events postponed beyond 48 hours will have bets voided and stakes returned. Specific event rules may vary.
- For cricket: in the event of a match being abandoned or reduced in overs due to weather or other conditions, settlement will follow the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board.
PSL and international cricket coverage is a core part of pak rumi's sports offering. Markets open ahead of each fixture and are updated in real time throughout the match.
9VIP Programme
Pak rumi operates a five-tier VIP programme: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Membership is earned through consistent activity on the platform across all game categories including sports, bingo, fish games, and the game lobby.
- VIP tier progress is calculated based on cumulative activity over rolling periods as defined in the VIP programme details page.
- Benefits at each tier — including enhanced withdrawal limits, priority processing, exclusive bonuses, and access to VIP rooms — are described on the VIP page and are subject to change with notice.
- VIP status can be reduced if activity falls below the threshold required to maintain a given tier during the relevant assessment period.
- VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred, gifted, or applied to another player's account.
- Pak rumi reserves the right to modify, restructure, or discontinue the VIP programme with reasonable advance notice to affected members.
10Responsible Gaming
Pak rumi is committed to providing entertainment in a responsible way. Gaming should remain a leisure activity and never become a financial pressure or cause personal distress. The following tools and guidelines are available to every pak rumi player:
- Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your account at any time. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period when increased.
- Session Time Reminders: You can enable time alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a set duration.
- Self-Exclusion: If you feel you need a break, you can self-exclude your account for a period of your choice. During self-exclusion, your account will be locked and you will not receive promotional communications.
- Reality Checks: Pop-up reminders can be enabled to show your session activity and net gaming position at regular intervals.
Pak rumi strongly encourages all players to set a personal entertainment budget before playing, to treat any losses as the cost of entertainment rather than a recoverable amount, and to take regular breaks. 11Account Suspension & Closure
Pak rumi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- The player has provided false, incomplete, or fraudulent registration or verification information.
- The account is found to be a duplicate of another existing account.
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including fair play rules, bonus abuse policies, or payment conditions.
- There is reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity connected to the account.
- The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
- The account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in pak rumi's dormant account policy.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is due to voluntary self-exclusion or player request, any real money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method after review.
12Privacy & Data
Pak rumi collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using pak rumi, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Personal data including your name, CNIC, contact details, and transaction history is stored securely and used only for the purposes of operating your account, processing payments, and fulfilling legal obligations.
- Pak rumi does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
- You have the right to request a copy of the data pak rumi holds about you, and to request correction of any inaccurate information.

13Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak rumi's liability to any player in connection with the platform and its services is limited as follows:
- Pak rumi is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
- Pak rumi is not responsible for service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, third-party payment provider outages, or other technical factors outside its direct control.
- Game outcomes, sports results, and bingo draws are final once confirmed. Pak rumi does not accept liability for bets placed in error or based on a player's misunderstanding of the rules.
- Players are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies that may apply to their winnings under the laws applicable to them personally. Pak rumi does not provide tax advice.
14Amendments to These Terms
Pak rumi reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified via a notice on the platform or by email to the address registered on their account. The updated Terms will be published with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of pak rumi following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account and return of any eligible balance.
